Pride Houston 2015 Pics

adminJune 29, 2015 Category: 2015, 2015 June, Our Community

This year’s Pride theme was Heroes! Folks lined up for some superhero game playing, and learning about all our superhero services.

There were lots of kids at the festival, visiting the Family Fun Zone, and the tattoos were a huge hit!

Our booth had hundreds of visitors, including Carla and Daniella, who JUST got married on Friday!!

Of course so much of our work is supported and shared by wonderfully enthusiastic volunteers!

Many new young people (and their parents!) learned about Hatch! Happy Pride!

It was hot, and there was lots to celebrate. Some folks cooled down in the reflection pool or went to the History Tent or for free HIV testing.

Community Center Update

We are now fully open to our community and allies as of March 1, 2022. While we are very excited to host all of your events and programming, we still urge that we all remain vigilant as a community in navigating COVID-19 and that CDC guidelines are strongly considered in event planning. Wearing a mask in the building is optional. Please contact Nova (they/them) at [email protected] for further inquiries. Click here to learn more or get started.
