Honoring Arden Eversmeyer

Thursday, August 11
Arden Eversmeyer is a leader, perhaps most well-known for her recording and preservation of lesbian autobiographies through the Old Lesbians Organizing for Change Herstory Project. An advocate for senior lesbians, and especially MCC’s SPRY programs, we are honored to include Arden as one of MCC’s most loyal supporters. Her accomplishments include founding Lesbians Over Age Fifty (LOAF), now celebrating over 23 years of activity, and serving as a Mayoral Appointee to the City’s Agency on Aging.
YOU’RE INVITED! Join us on Thursday, August 11, at 6 p.m. in Room 101 of Montrose Counseling Center, 401 Branard, as we celebrate Arden’s accomplishments by naming a room in her honor. To Rsvp, please contact Community Projects Specialist Meleah Jones at 713.800.0872 or
