SUMMARY:Gala Houston: Houston Area Gay Prom for Adults
DESCRIPTION:Houston Annual Gay Prom for adults is an annual event that allows all members of the LGBTQIA community to enjoy an evening of laughter\, good music\, great food and memorable moments all while being comfortable in their own skin and attire. \nHAGP is also a formal affair for adults who didn’t get to enjoy their high school dances the way they wanted to. Imagine going to your high school prom and being able to dress like you want to\, dance with your partner\, and just be yourself. The 2018 theme is\, “A Night in China! Highlighting the Beauty of Chinese Culture” and we hope you’re ready to dance the night away. \nRED CARPET: We will be rolling out the red carpet and calling out all of the photographers for this formal affair. From 7:30pm to 9:30pm\, you and your date will be able to walk the red carpet\, have pictures taken by professional photographers and be interviewed by different Red Carpet Commentators. \nProm Royals: We do not crown prom king & queen. Instead\, we have Two Prom Royals. Anyone can run to be a Prom Royal. You’ll just need to purchase your ticket first and we can then get you on the ballot. Voting is done on our website at www.ThaPromPeople.com and will end on July 20\, 2018. \nATTIRE: Call your seamstress\, get to the nearest tuxedo shop and get ready for a night that you will never forget. Come in drag\, a gown\, a tuxedo\, or whatever you’re comfortable wearing (as long as it’s legal!). \nComplimentary appetizers will be served\, picture packages will be available for pickup later in the evening\, live entertainment and a cash bar will be available. \nTICKETS: Venue space and seating is limited so DON’T WAIT! Get your tickets NOW. Tickets will not be sold at the door so once they’re sold out online\, you’ll have to wait until next year. Must be 18+
